Returns the avatar Thumbnail image. Returns a 404 HTTP response status if the user could not be found and a 500 HTTP response status if there was an error while getting the avatar thumbnail.

Parameters:

ambiguousId - the user global id for which to return the avatar thumbnail

size - the size of the avatar thumbnail

response - the http servlet response

Throws:

IOException - if there is an error creating the output stream for the response
