Checks if the thumbnail preview is capable to create a thumbnail of the given media type.

Parameters:

mediaType - the media type.

Returns:

true if the thumbnail preview is capable to create a thumbnail of the given media type. false otherwise

createThumbnail

Thumbnail createThumbnail(org.springframework.core.io.Resource resource,
                          int maxThumbnailHeight,
                          Instant lastModifiedDate)

Creates the thumbnail for the given resource and the maximum thumbnail height.

Parameters:

resource - the resource for which the thumbnail is generated

maxThumbnailHeight - the maximum height of the thumbnail. 0 if original size should be used

lastModifiedDate - the last modified date of the thumbnail

Returns:

a thumbnail instance with the generated thumbnail
