Finds the latest active definition key by the given model id

Parameters:

modelId - model id for the latest active definition

Returns:

latest active definition key

Throws:

RuntimeException - when there is no active definition with the given model Id

findLatestActiveDefinitionByModelItemName

AnyWorkObjectDefinition findLatestActiveDefinitionByModelItemName(String modelName)

Finds the latest active definition according to specified model name.

Parameters:

modelName - name of the model for which definition will be searched

Returns:

the latest active definition associated with the model with given name

Throws:

EntityNotFoundException - if model with given name was not found

IllegalStateException - if model name is ambiguous

IllegalArgumentException - if there is no active definition for model name

Finds the latest active definition according to specified model global id.
