Method Detail

getAvatar

Thumbnail getAvatar(String email,
                  int size)

Gets the avatar Thumbnail for a given email.

Parameters:

email - email address optional of the user for which to get the avatar thumbnail

size - the preferred size of the avatar image, 0 for the original size

Returns:

the avatar thumbnail for the given email address

Throws:

RuntimeException - if something went wrong while retrieving or processing the avatar thumbnail

getDefaultAvatar

Thumbnail getDefaultAvatar()

Gets the default avatar input stream which is stored on the file system. Thus it does not need an active internet connection.

Returns:

the avatar input stream for the default avatar

Throws:

RuntimeException - if something went wrong while retrieving the default avatar
