New CMMN run-time case preview
The current state of a running edoras one CMMN case can now be visualized. This feature, available via the 'eye' icon (next to 'search'), has been around for quite some time for BPMN processes. The current release now provides a similar type of preview for running CMMN cases.
Minor CMMN improvements
Human tasks in CMMN models are now created unassigned if no specific assignee is modeled. This change was introduced to be consistent with
the configuration of BPMN User tasks. Use an assignee expression like #{currentUserId}
to automatically assign the task to the current user.
The expression resolving to the assigned user for a Human task can now either return a typed UserId or a user Id string value. Both types are supported.
CMMN back-end expressions now allow to test for the existence of CMMN parameters or form data values. The following two types of expressions are
now possible: parametersMap.containsKey('my-variable-to-test')
and formDataMap.containsKey('my-variable-to-test')
The process reference (CMMN Process task) and case reference (CMMN Case task) now support run-time expressions.
